Unfortunately for me, I have had to navigate now 3 claims with this team, bid new coverage, end old coverage, etc. Yet, EVERY interaction is a pleasure. Edda Rondon seriously is there to make your life better whether it is tech help with the app or the login, challenging a claim, or getting property specs to quote new house coverage. Yes, life would be easier if I just had to pay my bill and never make changes or never face loss headaches...but when you do at least the Pat Casey office truly is living out the motto of Like A Good Neighbor."
