"I have had a frustrating experience with the agency. The agents are unhelpful and seem lazy, especially when it comes to simple tasks that should be quick for them. When I needed to switch my insurance to a different office because I am moving 40 miles away, I was told to contact corporate. However, the representatives there created a total mess while transferring my car insurance. My new local agent mentioned that the easiest way to transfer my policy would be to call my current office, which should take only seconds. Unfortunately, Ursula, the agent I spoke with, was unwilling to assist. After numerous calls with both corporate and my new agent, who couldn’t access my policy, I decided to reach out to Pat Casey again. During that call, I was informed that I needed to speak with the owner to complete the transfer. I was told that he would call me back, but not only did he fail to call me for four hours that day, but he also didn’t contact me at all the following day. It seems they are eager to help when it comes to selling insurance, but when there’s a need for change or an issue arises, they are not supportive. I prefer handling things the old-fashioned way, and it's far easier for me to have an agent close to my home rather than driving 40 miles."

"I changed my home and auto insurance to Pat Casey State farm roughly 5 years ago and am glad I did. When my car was rear-ended and totaled my agent, Tom Casey, fought long and hard to increase the settlement amount by roughly $2,000 enabling me to purchase a vehicle as close to the original one as possible. Tom always keeps me up-to-date on policy changes, and reviews my coverages with me so that they meet my needs. When I recently purchased a new property, Tom was right by my side working with me to get the coverage I needed at a price that was reasonable. State Farm offered me a free service with my new home from their partner Ting. By plugging a small device into an electrical outlet Ting monitors my electrical systems looking for dangerous shorts or faults that could result in a home fire. This free service comes with a $1,000 credit for electrical work that may be needed if Ting detects a problem. This is obviously good for all parties involved. Thank you State Farm! This is a no-brainer. Thank you Pat Casey State Farm and Tom Casey for always looking after my best interest!"

"For most, it would seem preferable never to deal with your insurance broker/agent or office. Unfortunately for me, I have had to navigate now 3 claims with this team, bid new coverage, end old coverage, etc. Yet, EVERY interaction is a pleasure. Edda Rondon seriously is there to make your life better whether it is tech help with the app or the login, challenging a claim, or getting property specs to quote new house coverage. Yes, life would be easier if I just had to pay my bill and never make changes or never face loss headaches...but when you do at least the Pat Casey office truly is living out the motto of Like A Good Neighbor."
